where to begin? the room was tiny, with a shower clogged like a public restroom. I almost expected a room upgrade as compensation for my experience, but no, just the same rude cigarette smell pushed me to my limits. breakfast was average, but I couldn't help but notice how rats were served, all very 'fancy'.

The location near Taksim Square made it super convenient for exploring restaurants and shops. The breakfast offered daily had decent variety, although it was the same each morning. My room, a Standard Double, felt a bit cramped for two people, which wasn't quite what I expected based on the description. The bathroom door had issues and wasn't locking properly, which we reported, but no one attended to it during our stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, which was disappointing, especially when they ignored our requests for extra pillows. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep at times. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The furnishings were basic but functional, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. Nice to have breakfast included, even though it could benefit from more variety.

I have stayed at taksim diamond before, and this visit exceeded my expectations. The staff was super nice and helpful, and the spacious room was perfectly decorated. Definitely a great stay for families or couples.
